Person-centred Treatment to Individuals with Addiction
Leigh Bank is a 16 bed recovery project in Oldham, providing effective person-centred treatment to individuals with addiction. It offers a safe environment where individuals can embrace support from the peer group, participate in structured daily activities, become independent, and engage with the community around them free of substances.
Treatments Provided
- Weekly activities timetable comprising of core and optional interventions
- Evidenced-based Psychosocial Interventions including Recovery Skills, Mood Management, and Mindfulness tailored for use in the rehab setting
- Access to Breaking Free Online
- Completion of Rehab workbook
- One-to-one key-working sessions
- Access to Mutual Aid, Employment, Training and Education (ETE) and other community, social and diversionary opportunities
- Daily living and independence skills
- Social activities and family visits
- Housing support and resettlement
- Relapse Prevention work
- Health and Wellbeing advice and support including smoking cessation, sexual health etc
- Access to Counselling and CBT
